1984 Land Rover Defender 110 Doublecab (fully rebuilt!)

1984 Land Rover Defender 110 Doublecab with the td5 turbo diesel and 18,260 miles. The truck was built from the ground up starting with a brand new galvy chassis and new suspension. Has td5 axles with 4 wheel disc brakes and brand new 33 inch Cooper Muds mounted on predator wheels. The body is near perfect with only a few (very minor) blemishes and is coated with Cairns Blue and is a top notch paintjob. Interior is complete and in like new condition and has power windows, power locks with remote, full carpet, cd, A/C, and is currently RHD but can be converted if desired. The drivetrain is the TD5 turbo diesel with a matched r380 5 spd and the motor has a tuning chip on it and will easily cruise at 80+ and returns mid 20's mpg. The truck will be sold with a clear NC title and is legally imported with all supporting papers. This is a one of a kind truck and is unreal in person.

Thanks for the compliments. Its a sick truck, just cant afford to keep it right now

So everyone has a background story, this truck was imported as a show piece for Aluminium Classics and was originally going to become my business partner or my personal truck. Due to some unexpected circumstances we both are unable to justify the cost so its being sold. There will not be another truck in the US that competes with this one for the price. period.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! I love this truck. Marc brought it buy two weeks ago and I drove it like a high dollar hooker. This is the nicest driving defender I have ever driven. Made me want to sell the duramax.

I'd trade my RRC, my fully custom built Audi Quattro big turbo'd 1.9 TDI and one of my bawls (don't need two anyway!) for this truck.

Even though I'm not normally a huge fan of the long wheel base Defenders ~~ Love it.

I need to stop looking at this truck... it is making me think illogically about selling my house and all my guns so I can buy this

No insight into who rebuilt it over here? I'm trying to find a decent place to rebuild a buddy's 110 while he's deployed. The only company so far that responds to emails and calls and in person interactions with prices and quotes and a desire to actually take lots of money has been Foley.
