1984 110 V8, LHD ***only 10 K miles***

No new trucks up for sale here today... let me change that.

I had an eye on this car for a long time and finally was able to get it. Is this what everybody calls barn find ? Anyway this is a very unique, very low miles, original 5 door 110. It belonged to a Swiss fire department but is not a fire truck in the way that is has been modified with all kind of equipment. It is almost completely standard just like when it left the factory

This car is really in almost new condition; what else can you expect from a car with only 10 K miles? Despite its age and low miles it always has been serviced regular. It drives and handles like new and also the tires are newer.

Normally I advertise my cars with a good and bad listing. However, I don't know what to say bad about this car other then maybe it has non original Exmoor seats in the back, although many people like this.

The frame, the door frames, bulkhead, everything looks almost new.

Also in Europe these car are extremely rare and are not cheap. My price is $ 49,500 but doesn't include transport or import. I might bring it over later this year but haven't scheduled anything yet. The cheapest and best way to bring it over is to do this through Uncle Doug. I have done several cars with him and can only recommend him and his service.

At this moment I only have one really bad pictures, better will follow over the weekend.

PS see my other listing for another almost new red 110, even lower miles. This one is on its way to MI.

Out of curiosity as living in Switzerland, where did you find the 110?

Hi James,

Johan did not buy this in Switzerland, it was in the Netherlands already, the seller offered the truck to me as well but I passed.

If it was in Switzerland, I am pretty sure Johan would not reveal his source.

Thx for the reply and information. Again, just curious as living in Switzerland and wondered what area it originated.

Rover26c:
sorry, nice car you have but not really interested in trades

Blueboy:
Sorry, If I knew I would tell you but I don't know where in Swiss it is coming from.
As Mike said I bought it in The Netherlands. I was talking to the previous owner for almost a year but only could come to an agreement recently.

Thanks for the plug Johan. Awesome truck. We thought Treys 83 was low mileage @ 64k. Not so much with trucks like this surfacing.

Ok, I understand this is a lot of money to spend for something on the other side of the world. So lets make the next deal.

If you are interested and want to import this through Uncle Doug, you only have to pay me after it passes and is released by US customs.

Whats with the pole sticking out of the passenger wing top? .. and the electrical main plug on the drivers side midway back?

Was this a fire staff vehicle? (that has been civilianized?)

Yes it belonged to a fire department.
I have seen pictures of Land ROver fire trucks with a similar pole where it was used for a flood light.
The plug on the side is power inlet. There are some connectors on the inside too. Haven't figured out what it is exactly for other then having 220V inside the car.
