1983 LHD Defender 110 Automatic

Up for Sale is my 1983 LHD Defender 110 Automatic.
This truck has a Puma bulkhead, dash & interior mated to a fully mechanical 300tdi. Truck is fully sound insulated and drives beautifully. Chassis is solid and no major rust issues to speak of & is located in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Hoping for $60,000usd or closest offer. Please PM me if interested, thanks.

Good:
1983 Land Rover Defender
Complete 7 seat Puma interior, bulkhead and dash.
300tdi Automatic
Air Conditioning (only 15000 km on system)
Puma heating matrix (practically new & gives off great heat)
Half-leather seats 1st & 2nd row (3rd row is a little worn and only in fabric)
Webasto thermotop with remote
Allisport VNT
Allisport Upgraded Intercooler
Brand New Nokian Rotiiva tires
KBX Front grill
Old School ribbed roof!
Stainless side steps
Stainless wheel carrier
Stainless adjustable Dixon Bate tow hitch
Heated front windscreen
Auto transmission oil cooler
Full sound insulation throughout
Full Exmoor Trim carpet set
LaSalle headliner
Ashcroft's 1.4 Transfer Case with HD cross pin & sleeved casing (less than 4000 km on it)
New Bosch injection pump (5000km old)
New injectors (5000km old)
New cam shaft pulley
New timing belt
New vacuum pump
Puma doors (except rear)
Puma hood and remaining panels…
Probably lots of other things I can’t remember at the moment…
Chassis/under carriage in great shape and has been undercoated regularly
Brakes, axles, etc off a Puma.

To do’s:
interior dash has some slight damage on passenger side
couple dings on body panels
round cut mark on passenger door panel (previous owner started cutting to fit a speaker without double checking space)
I would splurge on an auto console to tidy things up a little or get a cubby box custom made.
minor surface rust on a rear crossmember but nothing structural at all.
only lap belts for rear two jump seats (three point ones would mount with little effort)
exhaust down pipe (de-cat) is in great shape and was replaced with the turbo but from there back has probably another year left in it.

Just tell them you're coming across to get groceries.

Not sure of its admissibility to the US or other state costs beyond shipping, sorry.
...but I'm definitely willing to throw some groceries in the boot!

Awesome looking truck by the way and GLWTS. But any Canadian heading south of the border for beer would probably be detained on treason charges.

No way, that's the Canadian way buddy! Everything is cheaper in the us. In the interior of Bc lower mainland you can go for a rip across the border for your beer, milk, petrol and darts and have saved yourself heaps of cash.

Beautiful truck. Since its an 83, doesn't it qualify under the 25 year rule?

Ok, so I don't want to get too 'what-if' here, but I would like to import this vehicle to Virginia. So what if the original type engine were added back in, then it would be legal? What if the engine was actually removed and nothing was in there? What would make this vehicle importable?

I am not sure if this question changes the thread but I would like to get some of the more 'expert' opinions on this. if you guys have any thoughts on what section I should add this question, let me know.
