1982 Land Rover 88 Santana
This little 88 was recently imported from Spain, from the same gentleman we bought this 1977 Ford Escort
from. He does a great job maintaining his vehicles, and makes our job very easy. One owner from new, and conveys with some neat documentation from the seller.
From Cangas del Narcea, Spain. 68,400 original miles in the care of one owner since new. 2.25L diesel and four speed transmission. Sand paint with limestone roof and wheels over black vinyl. No rust. An extremely low mileage and carefully used example of a desirable Series III 88 body style. Largely original, beautifully kept, and never requiring extensive restoration. Recent front seat reupholstery and full standard servicing. Fires instantly and drives perfectly with no smoke. Original jump seat upholstery and dashboard shows very well with no serious damage. All lights and electrics functioning normally. All upper bodywork can be removed and the vehicle used fully open. Comes with original paperwork, including the original Bill of Sale, warranty certificate and service guide. If you prefer a largely preserved vehicle to a restored one, this 88 is lovely, needs nothing, and is ready to drive anywhere.

Exterior: Paint shines, and the galvainzed trim makes the two-tone color scheme look great. Tires are in good condition, with a spare mounted in the rear cargo area.
Drivetrain: Motor fires quickly and pulls strong. Shifts with ease, and the transfer case engages easily.

Bill & Paul
We've posted before, but to reintroduce ourselves: We've started a small vehicle importation company focused on bringing antiques back from Spain. It's a fun project that lets us see, touch, and drive some neat classic cars and trucks we might not otherwise have the opportunity to. We're a two man operation, with Paul based in Javea, Spain, and the other (me) here in Virginia. Our focus is to shed light on the otherwise murky process of bringing vehicles back from overseas and bring some honestly and transparency to the process. To that end, Paul works hard to document the process of finding the vehicle, capturing a story and photos on the trucks. We bring some transparency to bare by selling our trucks through a dealer. This truck is being offered by Japanese Classics, LLC in Richmond VA where it comes with a clear VA Title.
Our company is called Valencia Classic Vehicles. Our website is here:
