1980 RHD 2DR 109 Diesel Feeler

I have a 1980 109 Diesel (Perkins) with OverDrive. that I am thinking about selling. Good frame, appears to have new rear cross member, it does have some bumps and bruises. I bought it from a guy who said he had a tough time starting it on a regular basis. The day I bought it I put my charger on in and it fired right up. The engine sounds great! The truck really goes good down the road. But, I have had some days when it doesn't want to cooperate, normally after it sits for a couple days. I can usually get it fired up with a started fluid.

Since I just bought a really nice 109 recently i think this one will need to go to a good home.

I will post up some pics soon.

What does every one think this one should fetch? Any ideas.

I would even take a trade for a Disco 2 or P38 RR.

Thanks, Mark

6800 or trade

6800 or trades. pm with questions. thanks

starting issue has been resolved. old fuel. new fuel fill up and treated. been starting fine ever since.

pretty solid truck for what I think is cheap money.

thanks again, mark

If you are interested in partial trades for Jeeps, check out the 1 ton 91 wrangler on page 3. I've been looking for a 109 and was hoping to sell the Jeep to get the 109 you got from John, but alas, still got the Jeep and you got the rover

does the beer tap shifter come with it? How's the bulkhead? Looks like a solid 109. wood in the back looks really nice.

yes, tap handle is kinda cool. it actually fits in my hand nicely. that's how i bought it. i do have an extra knob for it. bulkhead is decent too. prior owner took care of the truck. even the door bottoms are rust free. i like the wood as well. thanks
