1979 series 3 109 300tdi for sale

1979 series 3 109 sw rover has a new old stock steel chassis installed, has new starter, water pump, radiator, electric fan,
I have installed a1996 300tdi that I imported from England. vehicle is right hand drive. truck has 6 tires mounted on wolf rims. the vehicle has sound deadening floor matt. before installing engine I replace the problematic "p" gasket , water pump and intake/exhaust gasket. the exhaust is new from manifold all the way back. I installed new rocker ,sills and "b" pillars, also replaced steel frame members at rear door dog legs.
fuel tank is brand new, the truck has a salsbury rear diff.
I replaced all the brake wheel cylinders and flex hoses
the rear diff cover is new and the rear pinion seal is new
right rear axle drive hub spline is new
rear brake shoes are new
serpentine belt new
turbo air intake pipes are new
oil cooler lines are new radiator is new
things that don't work . the heater fan is not hooked up as the fan housing needs rust repair. I have unit if someone wants to hook it up. the spedo has had the cable replaced but doesn't read speed, I think the cable may not be pushed in all the way?

asking $8500.00

I have been on the prowl for a 110, this might scratch the itch..
How does it run?
Are the seats missing or is that just for the picture.
Whats the mpg?
Thanks

you are correct ,I have no rear seats. the prior owner had high back bucket seats installed and I thought they were to high so I removed them. the tilt frames are still installed and someone could attach factory seats.
runs well. I would recommend a new timing belt as a precaution as I don't know if the used engine had one done. I have never checked the mpg.

here are some more photos. the roof is for sale on its own, or if it will seal a deal I will include it with the truck. I took off the rack so the truck could fit in my garage.

I know I'm not a full user on this site, but I love all the useful information here and I'm constantly in here reading up and catching up on this forums posts. But I just want to say that who ever bought this Land Rover got it for $7,000, and turned around it put it for sale in a week for $13,000. I'm ranting cuz it pisses me off that someone sells it to hope it goes to a great buyer who will in return finish it up at the very least and enjoy it or just simply enjoy it for a little while. I feel for the seller a bit, cuz the guy seemed like a great person when I talked to him, and no, I'm not upset I didn't buy and thats not why I'm renting. I actually turn the deal down do to circumstances. I just feel that dimwits like this guy ruin great deals for the right people who really deserve it, not flippers. My 2 cents guys, look out for vultures.

Here is the dimwits post
