1972 Range Rover for sale

I have GOT to thin the herd...
`72 Range Rover, right hand drive and four speed. Interior presents as new except the seat belt retractors can stick. Hood and front wings are from a later model and has CD player and modern speakers, otherwise period correct.
Paint is amateurish, but could be saved with a little wet sanding and touching up the bad masking job. Very fun, absolutely reliable.
Good tyres, HD springs. VERY strong engine and nice new exhaust (although the Flowmaster is a bit on the raunchy side). Will come with a new OEM gas tank, as the one in it seeps a bit. Also will come with all the Brit documentation, MOT documentation, plates, Cert from Brit Motor Heritage Trust etc. Virginia antique title, but located in VT.
$6500 OBO
Fairey overdrive is available for additional $750

I would actualy love an old RR like that but my wife would kill me if I bought another LR.

I'll knock off $31 if you don't want those stickers on there- It would be a great truck for moonlighting as a postman- it'll earn its keep in no time.

I already have a RHD Rover. Sucks for the drive-thru. Fun to drive though.

You have to back through the drive-through... I've done it. They really look at you strangely.

Lol, I've never tried that. You can bet I will now, though.

Any chance you'd sell the overdrive separately?

Thanks,

KAA - could use one for the 109

Yes, there's a chance I would sell the overdrive separately. If you're not buying the truck, it's gonna cost a little more though.

I have a standing offer for $850 from someone who annoys me (hope he doesn't read this site) but I told him I'd wait and see if it goes with the truck first. Match his offer and I'll let it go. It has the lever, dash placard, etc.
