I've driven this truck and it is a smooth runner. I'd buy it but have no room to keep it! Great truck.

I'm interested. Hows It run? Amd mechanical faults beyond the normal rover stuff? Could I get some more pics of the ambulance inside? How's the frame? Any chance you are interested I a trade for a 82 109RHD soft top ex mod? Still interested even if not.

Dan, I'm picturing you opening the rear ambulance door down to the street like a ramp and driving your KTM up and inside for safe keeping each night - YOU NEED THIS!

Saw one similar at MAR this year all kitted up and I believe a Chevy conversion? Looked awesome.

Trust me I have thought about it before. I almsot bought Eric's ambulance for camping and to haul the bike around, but I just don't have the room with two trucks in the city. Its that nice of a truck.

I love these trucks. Anyone know anything more about the one from MAR? Has "Safari Rover" painted over the passenger side and a Florida sticker on the back. Does it live here in Florida?

Sorry for the hijack. Good luck with the sale, these ambulances are very cool.

Yeah...I have been at a florida rally and that truck was there..Safari Rover is now safari heritage parts...steven peters will know more about it as I think they are buddies...if I recall it was indeed just a Land rover body put on a chevy frame and motor etc..You could probably go the the Florida land rover owners club site and find some more pics and info about it...I think the one i was at with it there was about 3 years ago..
