1965 Series IIa Very Original, mech excellent, no rust. $21,500

Very original series IIa. Spent a lot of personal time and about $25k in parts alone including engine rebuild from Rover Ranch, NM ($7k). Only a couple thousand miles on new engine. Changed out original speedometer around 83k miles 2k miles ago. Tried hard to keep with original rover parts.
Only issues are rear bumper has been modified and never got around to changing it and brake line kit needs to be installed. Has new calipers and a very quiet Fairey overdrive. Original vintage soft top and hardtop included along with boxes of spares (new leather gators, etc) and some very hard to find parts. Never wanted to redo the body. This Rover will go anywhere and no need to worry about a scratch or two. Drove from Maryland to new house in Virginia on beltway ( 1 hour) and averaged 55 mph.

Nice, looks like fun.

How long have you owned it? Is it originally left hand steering?

Original left hand steering, yes. TX for comments it is not easy to sell for sure. Bought in 2004 Santa Fe, NM and moved to Damascus, MD 10 years ago. Always been in garage, never seen snow, and didn't drive in rain. Believe it was always in NM or Colorado.
