I figured Josh was Josh.

My friend said the bulkhead on his NAS 110 was rust free as well, i laughed at him. It needed to be replaced.

That was for sale on the Las vegas, New York, and L.A. craigslist 2 weeks ago for 50,000 in one ad and 55,000 in the others. That is some serious appreciation.

The guy is a douche. I told him everything needs to be replaced. He had it for sale on Dubai Craigslist for $75k and then on eBay Classifieds I think for yet another amount. That Josh is not me Josh. The guy has never written me back. It's been for sale for months at varying prices over that time period.
