Arrow 03 Range Rover Lease

I wanted to pass along a incredible deal that I was able to get the beginning of this year,
I am currently leasing a 03 range rover for 24 months 12000 miles per year.

I have 16 remaining payments of 370.64 a month plus tax. That is really unheard of. In the state of Florida I pay tax per payment. Some states require the tax up front.

The truck is black with sand interior. It has the Logic 7 sound system and Cold Climate Package.
Also it has the factory 20 inch wheel with dunlop 8000 sport trek tires. I just replaced all four tires two weeks ago with another set of factory spec Dunlop tires.

The lease is through Land Rover Capital Group, there is a 75 dollar fee to transfer the lease.
I put down 2000 dollars to get the payment under 400 also the lease required a security deposit of 400 dollars which will be given back at Lease termination.

I just paid 1100 for a new set of rubber so what I am looking to do is to get 2400 to take over this lease
You will get 400 dollars back at the end. There is no charge for the tires. The factory warranty started 07-03, it ends 07-07, then a certified warranty kicks in for additional 2 yrs 25000 miles. That means the truck has warranty to 07-09.
The current miles are 26400, the lease started with 21500. At the end of the lease the miles are to be no more then 45400. You will be under warranty the entire time of the Lease

Please email me if you are interested, there is absolutly nothing wrong with the vehicle.
I am looking to get a 06 LR3 Hse, no other reason. Clean CarFax, no dents of scuffs.
If there is no interest, I will be putting it on LeaseTrader.com at weeks end.

I will post pics tomorrow, email at mpodgorski@landroverfortlaud.com
I will take care of getting all the paperwork FEDexed to one and other and to Capital Group.
Stay Tuned for Pics....

What is the residual value? It should be stated somewhere on the lease. I would expect with a payment that low it would be very high. Let me know, depending I may be interested.

Martin, I'm interested. Can you post a pic or two? Also, I'd like to know the residual value as well. And you have 16 months left on it, correct?`

Here are the pics that some of you requested both on here and by email.
A quick note, the truck has the gills off a 06 range rover along with the 06 clear side turn signals. I will be keeping the supercharge rear tail lights, the truck will come with 06 rear lights which are clear on top and red on bottom or if you want it can have the 03=05 rear light, amber on top and red on the bottom.

If you would like to reach by phone the number is 954-520-2408
thanks

So how does it work. After those 16 months of payments, the person would still owe $35850.85 no matter what condition the vehicle is in? Also if that person decides to buy it, he /she would just finance he remainding $35850.85? Or what if the person decides to give it back, than it just turns out to be a rental + additional miles you put over?

Neil

You are pretty much answering your own questions.

After 16 months/payments you then call the leaseing company to see what you can buy the vehicle for, sometimes they work with you. Thats if you want to finance the 35k. You can finance it or get a loan else where and send Land Rover Capital Group a check for it.

After you make the 16th month/payment you drive it to your local land rover retailer and hand them the keys.If you have gone over the miles, you pay 20 cents for each mile, there is a inspection and if there are noticable dents and tears in the seats or bald tires you will be charged for that too.

And don't think I didn't pencil out the cost of airfare, lease mileage and GAS to figure out what it'd cost to to fly out and drive it back!
