Thanks for all the help

Today, I finally signed up after using the site as a research tool for a very long time. I wanted to start buy saying thank you to all of the posters on this site. The information was invaluable during my long hunt for the right Defender. They helped with the good (stories of adventure and fun), the bad (repair costs and the fact that they are a perpetual work in progress), and the ugly (replace the oil cooler lines before being left with a piece of flaming yard art). You guys really helped me steer clear of a lot of problems that my eagerness to obtain that which I have lusted over since high school may have clouded my judgment.

It was a long and exhausting search but I finally found the 1994 NAS Defender in Coniston Green of my dreams and brought her home.

Looking forward to coming out of the shadows and participating in discussions.

Thanks!

Same here, but with those meaty tires, I think it looks pretty good. Very nice truck! Congratulations.

Voted. Was the yellow option "Jackie"? Hard to see. Either way, I'm for Lola the Landy.

Great looking truck, one of my favorite colors. Gina the green Rover. But I would have voted for Connie (Coniston) if that was an option.

Was also thinking Debbie the Defender, but then it could get awkward if you ever take a trip to Dallas. "Hay kids, lets get in Debbie and do Dallas."
