New member from Scotland

Hi all I'm Kris, just joined up,to start getting some info on a future project I'm considering.
I'm looking to start building a 110 from the ground up, as that's what I like to do. My knowledge of landys is sparse at best so I'm trying to find good sources of information as I no doubt have many newby questions that have been asked a million times before so apologies in advance.
Could I be pointed in the direction of a possible faq type place for the beginner to answer things like are all frames/chassis the same through the years etc.

Thanks all

Edinburgh, Scotland

Welcome - you'll want to rebuild an old rusty one or become embroiled in SVA approval.

You'll want to connect up with your local Land Rover Club as well. Dig through the mountain of You tube videos to get visual clues as to what to look for as well.

Welcome Kris:
I would think there are lots of resources in Edinburgh.
As mentioned earlier by Chris, the local clubs should have resources as well.
You'll want to check with DVLA to make sure you follow the rules on a complete rebuild.
Good Luck!

Uncle "Richard" Douglas has a Land Rover with big wheels that never gets stuck... until he breaks something so it won't go. Uncle Douglas always breaks something. - Anna Crowther at the Conclave 2012 (AKA Carburetor Neck)

"What's with this death wobble, Uncle Douglas, I can't keep it in 1 lane?"
