Hello from New Zealand

Hi folks - I wanted to introduce myself.

Currently living in New Zealand (but am American).

Have had quite a few defenders over the years (all pics in chit-chat). Currently have an all original '85 County 110 (pic below) which I may send over to the US for if I ever move back or re-sale.

Welcome.

Are you on the North or South Island?
Enjoy living in the land of the World Cup winners and expert ruggers.

NZ is definitely a special place in this world. I'm in the N. Island (Auckland). Have travelled a bit on both islands and the country is spectacular. I'm actually planning to sort a newer 110 for touring around all NZ.

And yes, the RWC was super exciting - and the one before this one that took place here. Amazing sportsmen for a tiny island on the other side of the world.

Lucky!!!!
We really enjoyed our two years on the South Island. It was an incredible time and some of the greatest friends we have ever met. Enjoy it, truly a treasured experience that not many get the privilege of getting.

About 12 years ago, we were going to move to Auckland where I was offered a long term consulting position at Unitec.
My wife backed out and so my consulting days ended along with my chance to qualify for sponsorship under the skills shortage act or something like that that allowed foreigners to immigrate for work.

Nice 110, by the way

I love those early 110s with the limestone windows.
