What?????????????? '94, '95, '97 NAS no problem. When I registered in CA, they scrutinized the truck like I had never seen before. Checked and re-checked every vin location, engine, etc.

and 1993 NAS 110

Honestly, if you keep looking, you'll eventually find one. You'll have to stick with a NAS likely given the CARB stuff in Cali. They like to make sure the "50 States Emissions" sticker is on the truck.

30-32k is probably more likely to get you a high mileage truck, but dont be scared of the miles on the clock. you'll probably need to spend some money though to take care of a few things.

If you've never owned a rover, i'd recommend finding a Range Rover Classic or a Discovery 1 and learn the ins and outs of what makes them tick. But that's just me.

tony... have you registered a defender (non Nas) in CA???

btw... i had two defenders with out of state titles and they were both rejected! i got that dreaded CARB letter!

you can import whatever you want into california .... the question that remains is ... can it be registered here?

You know everything they do is for the children. If they can save just one child from the wrath of a ROW Defender it's all worth it.

Even the illegal ones! Children that is. Not ROWs.

It was once proposed that all the flaming Eco-liberals do the world a favor by reducing co2 with a pledge to all hold their breath for twenty minutes. It might make a measurable difference! ;-)
