Greetings from NOVA

New to Defenders and this forum. I've been reading up a bunch and enjoy all the good posts here.
I recently picked up an '88 Defender 110 (3.5 V8) from South Africa and am having it restored over there. Hopefully I'll have some finished pics to share in a few months. The Landy is being taken down to the chassis right now.
Looking forward to a HH at Killroys in Springfield (read there is a NOVA group that meets up there every now and then).
Cheers!

Still looking for that place where I can carry a paddle and get asked what's that.

Welcome! Yes, you've got a good crew in NoVa, the happy hour at Kilroys is every 3rd Thursday:

Make sure with your resto you keep the drivetrain & chassis original (for import).

You're probably not far from me in Alexandria, so if you want to kick some tires even outside of HH let me know....

When is your 110 due in?
