D90 buying suggestions?

I have been looking for a D90 for some time.

I saw this add, its very close to where I live. Any suggestions about this D90?
I am not looking for one that sits in garage, I am looking to drive it.

Thank you

FWIW, there's a SW in Portland, Oregon that might fit the bill. It's on eBay. No affiliation.

Take someone with you that is well versed in Defender buying. Avoid dealerships and be patient.
