"Vizzini" ?

Ahhh, am sensing a pattern...

So, your new friend is Sicilian then ?

Let us hope that "death is (NOT) on the line"

Hey, Frank!

My daughter is in charge of naming the vehicles. Definitely a pattern, but I promise no Buttercup!

A little over the top, but my off-road D90 (Fezzik) is currently in surgery getting a "giant" LS3 transplant.

This won't be to everyone's liking, but Vizzini is an urban Sicilian. Phase one is now complete with new shoes (springs and shocks also). Since my retirement is looming and Vizzini will be my daily driver I have to do this in chunks. When I take him off line for the LS3 swap, I'll have to have Montoya ready to go. These are first world problems!

As for Vizzini being good with the street smarts, well, no worries from me !

Vizzini is a 1988 ROW LHD with new paint and interior and absolutely no rust. With new wheels, tires, shocks, springs and a bunch of little trim pieces, I'm still under $30k.

Purists may want to look away!

Vizzini will be an urban cruiser with an LS3 and 6L80, so I've lowered him 2" and am in the process of getting ready for the engine swap. In the meantime, here are some pics.

Very nice! I'm a bigger fan of rugged trucks, but these 'urban' defenders done right look nice.

Thanks, Ted! You’ll be happy with where I take the 101. Stay tuned!

How’s the 109 coming?
