Ouch, damn. What speed was the accident ?

Safari HP had new take off windsheild frames with the glass for $200 not long ago. Doors are always popping up. The roof may be the toughest just because of shipping. There is a cheap hood in upstate New York. Go through the for sale section.

Those gutters can't be all that heavy. Why'd you roll?

Was having such a great day. Heading home from work, almost home. A young man who was delivering pizza looking at his gps, went through at stop sign. Not sure how fast he was traveling,he came up on me really quick.Almost got around him.Point of impact was the right side rear bumper. The left side rear tire was forced off the rim. The rim dug into the pavement which caused the truck on its way up up and over. Landed on the roof , bounced up and finished upright, complete 360.I had to slide down to get out.Lucky the left door still opened . I got out and was so upset , I wanted to strangle the kid. Guess I am pretty lucky. No injuries,My neck even feeels little better . Must have loosened things up a little . After over a month of the Insurance process I have finally recieved an ok settlement. Seems the adjuster wasn't sure how to put a value on my rover.Going to rebuild with a 300tdi , alittle more power and I might have got around the pizza kid,and full external cage. I think if I had the cage ,the outcome would have been alot different. Change a tire and drive home.

Glad you're good and got the kinks worked out. A great opportunity to build the truck the way you want it now that you have an acceptable settlement. Full exo should mitigate any flashbacks! ;-)

for the windshield frame
NTO Defender Windscreens - Defender Source

Since your original post a roof just sold in the parts for sale section, Danny bought it though.

I would contact all the land rover resto/repair shops on the east coast and look at all the forsale ads on the various clubs/forums in the US and Canada (if you want to go that far) for a roof. Like Uncle Doug said its the shipping the roof thats the biggest pain.
If you can wait you might be able to RURR it to/near you.
