I mean I wouldn't say it's behind the dash really - there's a little cover in front of the gear shift with two "screws" that you undo, put the car in 4th gear or so to get the stick shift out of the way, and pull the fuse cover off and out of the way. Aside from that, if your radio is aftermarket it may have a mini-fuze in the back that is like a 10A, but I doubt it blew.

What is this relay and why does it keep burning out the 30a fuses? As of right now, my fuel pump is not getting juice, the AC isn't working and I'm dead in the water.

Search for wiring diagrams, and get this out of your registry and into a tech discussion. Depends on which one you're pointing to, but the yellow one looks like the flasher relay to me, but that's just a guess.

Yeah yeah yeah! Easy to say when you aren't broken down in the middle of nowhere because you tried to change a simple fuse!

I figured that I could use this page as a reference for "all previous work done" if I ever had to sell!

Thicker wiring indicates aftermarket to me. In your previous pics you have a set of Hella 4000's on your ARB. Bet it is the relay for those.

Likely grounding out the fuse somewhere else. Pull the juice going to it and wrap that wire with electrical tape to keep from grounding and give it another go.
