Sweet!

I'm sure you'll be fielding a lot of questions about your experiences dealing with Witham. Nice 110!

Thanks. I'd been looking for a while for the right one to come along. Id me more than happy to give my "two cents" on Withams for anyone who is thinking of going via that route.

Two cents desired! How was your experience with Withams? Easy to work with? Quality of trucks? Etc. Did you go pick out your 110, or do a long distance purchase? Following your purchase, what mechanical work was needed on your end? Thanks in advance for your comments!

No bother at all. My 2 cents would be this;
My experience with them has been good on all the occasions I have dealt with them, which has been on three separate occasions directly, and another three or four indirectly for various vehicles and equipment. With my latest 110 I actually bought it via an online auction, sight unseen. As I was in the UK at the time though I was able to visit afterwards to ensure that all was as they had claimed it was, and indeed everything was in order. I find them to be honest with their description, however it does pay to "do your homework" as it were, so you know what to expect with an Ex MOD vehicle over a civilian one which has been prepped by a car dealer. Witham SV is not a car dealer, they are a military surplus disposals agent.

In terms of my 110, touch wood nothing mechanical has been necessary yet, although as with any 25yr old vehicle it will be in due coarse no doubt. All I have done is change the oil in the engine, gearbox's and shortly the axles, although to be honest this is for my own piece of mind so I know how long its been there. The oils that have come out have all been in very nice condition.

Anything else you'd like to know, don't hesitate to ask.
