Wrong Y-pipe

I had to have the Y-pipe replaced on the truck at the end of June because it failed the safety inspection. The shop had problems fitting the replacement. Last night one or both of the new cats blew up. When I got home and looked under the truck I found out that the replacement looks to be for a 97. Its got plugs where the rear O2 sensors go. Any issues running this assuming the shop just replaces the cat/cats and not the whole pipe.

Mine is the same as well, I just welded some plugs into the rear holes. Been running fine like that for 3 years now.
