Wolf XD mirror heads - anyone using these?

Went 4x4in today and shattered the passenger side mirror head. I see RN offers the Wolf XD mirror heads that are shatterproof and a bit larger than stock. Just wondering if anyone on the board is using them.

Thanks!

It was either those or the convex ones from , is it rover exchange here in LA??. The 15% discount got my attention.

I'm using the convex ones on both sides (couldn't see crap without 'em) and I like them. Took me a bit to get used to the whole objects in mirror closer than they appear, but now I'm all about them.

I'm using the convex mirrors from Expedition Exchange. They really do increase your range of vision, but take a little getting used to. The link for them is:

I recomend them.

Be careful using the convex mirror on the driver's side - highway driving. Works great on the passenger side. Marc W.

So what is the recommendation here, to mix it up -
passenger side go with convex
driver side normal (is the wolf version just tough or convex too?)

Wolf mirrors are different,I don't know if you can put a convex mirror in...and mixing Wolf/civilian mirrors would'n look that good

(too many "mirrors" here!)

I bought those WOLF mirrors and tried em out. They are so junky they wobble to the point the image being reflected looks a blur. Sent them back.

Definitely the EE convex mirrors on both sides is invaluable.
