Wipers won't stop

In my 90 the wipers won't stop. I've replaced the park switch and the red relay. No change. Wipers won't park with the really installed. If I pull the relay I ca get low and high but no intermittent. And they will stop.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Alex

I'm pretty sure the motor has a mechanism to know when it's in the park position ... pull it out and have a look.

He already stated he replaced it....

You'll need to get out the wiring diagram and fault find.

How far down to the bottom of the windshield are they going? I had this happen on a truck and if it was raining or the screen was wet they would go farther down than normal and would just keep going on their own.
