Wiper Problem

The wipers do not work on high... THey work fine on the slow and delay setting though. I'm guessing the switch??

Easiest way is to carefully pull the wiper switch and use amp/voltmeter(and electrical diagrams) to check out the switch. Switch is expensive, so don't throw it away until your convinced it is the culprit.
