VDO makes a great replacement washer pump/tank system. Cool thing is the pump is a direct drop-in for the Rover washer tank. dunno about the electric connector, but the VDO kit comes with it's own plug that you could splice into your existing harness. The pump is not offered on it's own, but the smaller tank system isn't that expensive, and you get all of the wiring, tubing, etc... VDO also makes some nice jets, but they are quite expensive, ironic considering how reasonable the washer pump is.

I am using the two seperate stock washer jets that mount right under the wiper blades, one under each blade. I get TONS of spray, no problems.

If you are looking for some jets that will mount on the hood, some RRC jets would work well, are pretty flat on the base, etc...only problem is the hole shape is very funky.
