Windscreen Trim

Is this thing easy to pull out and replace? Does it have any impact on holding the windscreen in place or is it simply just a rubber trim surround? Do I need any special tools to do it? I cannot find my 90/110 workshop manual. I'm talking about the rubber surround on the outside front of the windscreen.

Thanks. Any idea if it's feasible as a one man job to swap out?
