Window stud issue, help.

I may be in a pretty good pickle. I was going to remove my extremely rusted window top studs and sure if one of the studs broke off right at the bottom of the window. I know the stud actually screws in pretty far in. I tried to heat it up some, demel'ed a groove in it, but the dang thing flat won't budge with a screw driver. Anyone have any idea if the window assembly comes apart, and anyone know how to do that?

You're going to have to drill it then re-thread it...there are many threads/posts on this procedure.

Well maybe not specific but enough general...I had the same issue a few years ago and just dug for the information...take some photos and post them so we can see. Also get yourself some PB Blaster. soak the heck out of those bolts for 24+ hours...you may still have to heat them...
