Read the old post on window removal - helped but.
I have my door skins off, unbolted the two screws.
One came out with the plastic sleave attached, one did not.
The one that did not is stuck. I can spin the window top, have rocked it back and forth.
BUT...

How aggressive can I get here? Rust could be an issue but... I am afraid to bend damage the bolt.
Moral support needed before I attack.

OK - WINDOW IS OFF. 1 SIE I HAVE A TREADED BOLD STOCKING UP, THE OTHER IS A CLEAN HOLE THROUGH THE DOOR. UGH

POSITIVE SIDE - NO RUST

The studs are supposed to come out with the window. Only the nuts are needed to be removed fromt he bottom then it should lift off with the studs attached. If you've got a threaded stud sticking up just gently tap it down through the hole. Prying is bad. I have a rubber mallet I use on the upper part of the frame to 'ease' removal. Also, when reinstalling them coat those sleeves in wd-40 of BreakFree. Or you can get the fancy studs and nuts that others have.
