Winch bumpers

Anyone have any firsthand experience or opinions on the quality of these winch bumpers?

It is a nice site. I really like the look of that A-frame winch bumper, I'm just wondering how well-made/durable it is. My girlfriend is Italian so I had her e-mail them for prices and info. They claim they are opening a store in the U.S. next summer.

The Italian stuff is the origional and scoproin racing relabel it!
The Scorpion racing front bar seems pretty strong and very good looking when I saw one in the 'flesh' as it were a couple of months ago.

Hey guys - Here is the translation of the e-mail we received from the place in Italy. It was a response to some questions about the bumpers. They also sent some prices in a previous e-mail if anyone is interested.

PT- Here's the translation:

Dear Simonetta,

To answer all your questions:

1. The bumpers fit to the original mounting places, same place as stock, like everything else from Equipe 4x4.

2. No cutting needed, even with a winch (only on the A/C type bumper).

3. The tube is extruded, not welded.

4. In the A-bar type bumper there are two lips on the a-bar to fix lights.

5. The thickness of the wing top protectors is 3 mm.

6. We will initially be selling on a website(not online yet). We will have our base (probably) NE Massachusetts.

With kind regards,

Rob

I dont know man.. thats @ $580 USD for a straight tube bumper and @ $950 USD for a tube a-frame winch bumper.

Thats a big big price before any kind of shipping charges on a product that has zero history in here in the US.

I really like a bunch of their stuff but wheew... its going to cost you the price of a D90 just to totally set up a D90 with their stuff if the rest of it is priced that heavy.

The Scorpion stuff is actually a better price than the the Equipe stuff. I have stuff from then and the quality is really good.

Also Equipe are relly hard to deal with, but lovely stuff.
