Will new rear door fit an 83 110

Qiuck questions on 110 doors
There are the new rear (trunk) doors (Back of the truck) that are for sale, I think they are for a series III with two hinges instead of three. Do these doors fit the 110? or is the 110 opening a different shape? I know with these doors one would have to drill for the extra hinge, but I just want to make sure they fit properly as well.
Second is for the rear passenger doors. I know these are two piece, first, can one replace the bottom with an SIII door, if not do the new 110 doors fit? Or do they need adjusting?
Thanks
Robert

Robert,

I recently got a new rear door from Stephen at SafariRover. While the picture only showed holes for the top and bottom hinges, the frame is designed for the middle hinge as well. You just have to drill through the skin for the two holes to bolt on the hinge. IMO, it was good deal.

I *think* that the 2nd row doors are the same size as those on a 109. Someone will correct me if I'm mistaken.

The doors (all the doors) are the same. We ran SIII doors on Janey for a while before I put 95 doors on the front. I think Charles is still running SIII doors on the second row. The rear doors are the same shape all the way back to SII.

What about the lock and catch? Could I just take them from the original door and fit them on the SIII?
Thanks,
Robert

the only doors that will not fit are the second row doors from the early 127's as these are a different shape.

Not much risk of running into square-bottom 127 doors over here
