Kevin,

I have a Designa chassis too and I'm using the blue polybushings throughout the entire chassis. They have been on the vehicle for at least 5 years. Off roading will speed up the failure of any part, but 3 sets in 16 months is pretty bad. Try the polybush kit.

I have a set of rubber OEM ones that Eric Riston gave me that seem to be holding up. Of course they are holding up fine at the moment while sitting in Robert Davis's garage for a month while my new engine goes in , but it will be back soon and I will wheel the crap out of it all fall.

He's been fiddling with the injection pump to get it to froth the steamed milk correctly.
