why can't i find full soft top to fit non-rubber coated Safety Devices cage

This has vexed me for years. I bought a rebuilt '94 D90. It does not have the thick rubber coated roll cage. It is a Safety Devices cage that is essentially the very same design, just no coating (so not as fat). When I try to order a soft-top, nobody has any idea what I'm talking about and, therefore, none of the vendors I call are even sure that their tops will fit. I can't be the only D90 owner with a non-rubber coated Safety Devices cage. Badger can only suggest that I ship my Defender from Oklahoma to Massachusetts so the guy can measure it properly (not going to happen). He couldn't do anything with detailed pics and measurements - stopped responding to my emails. Does anybody KNOW of a soft top that will fit?

If it is this one:
HEAVY DUTY HOOP SET DEFENDER 90 SOFT TOP, RBL2367SSS - Rovers North - Classic Land Rover Parts
Then any ROW top will fit- see the Exmoor section of tops on RN's site...

This appears to be what I have. Question: Is this NAS or non-NAS hoopset?

NAS: North American Spec, which was 110's in '93, and 90's in '94, '95, & '97

ROW: Rest of World spec

Lots of difference- even VIN sequences are different. Google and search from here as there is lots to learn.
