Which is better?

Jsq's qpgs or the guards that are on the rockware rear bumper? I have the former and am going to be buying the bumper but not sure if I should keep the qpgs and custom build the bumper to accommodate them (which I'm sure will be its own pain in the ass) or just install the rockware and take the jsq's off

I always worry about coming down on one of those corner guards hard and damaging the rear crossmember. Maybe the RW bumper is better overall protection and function.

I've never had issue with the Rockware, nor heard of anyone else...

There are dudes on here in the southwest that run the rockware bumper / corner guards and they wheel the hardcore stuff in the sierras and rockies.

Why would you want to have rockware build you a rear bumper only to have them chop off the extremely robust integrated corner guards, just to replace them with two bolt, single shear JSQ guards? No offense to JSQ. It just seems like a heckuva lot of trouble to go through just to lose one of the best benefits of the RW bumper.

Yah I guess that answers that question. The jsq's are pretty skookum and I wasn't sure how functional the rockware was. Sounds like it will do just fine.
