Where to buy new door skins????

So I am getting ready for paint on the 110 project soon and pulled down the doors out of storage for inspection and found the rear door to be in some need of attention. 3 years makes you forget!

Anyway, started looking today into where I can get a new skin for a SW rear door. RDS and Rovers North- nothing.

Anyone got any ideas? I will try Stephen for sure but wanted to get this thread started to see if they even exist anymore.

Thanks

Tyler

Stephen has a nice NAS110 rear door up on Ebay right now, around $550. Complete with heated glass.

Yeah saw that. I was hoping to get a new skin as I would like to galvy the frame possibly.

I got new skins from Stephen - very good pieces.

If you re-skin galvy door frames, do it yourself and be really careful about the door shape. The body shop did mine, and they did an OK job on one door, but the other came out a little off. It will do for now, but I'll be in the market for something better in the future.

Basically, everything needs to reference off of the body roll in the middle of the door. Once it is in the right spot, everything else will fall into place. That's over simplifying of course, but you're far enough into this project to know on-site adaptation is the order of the day with 110 builds...

Thanks Jim! I have an e-mail into Stephen.

Thanks for the tips. Fortunately I only have to worry about the rear door. The rest are rust free and the rear door is pretty darn good except for the aluminum corrosion on the bottom.
