where can I purchase a supercharger kit for 3.9?

I blew my 1997 4.0 with a Rimmer supercharger. I know the risks. If I just have to have a kit for my 1995 3.9, where can I get it? Has someone come out with a solution to fuel starvation on cylinders 1 and 2?

A couple of suggestions:

1. wideband O2 sensors on both exhaust banks feeding a good wideband gauge (AEM, Innovate, etc.)
2. boost gauge
3. good temperature gauge.

Watch all three.

Consider Megasquirt if you can tolerate the PITA level for setting it up.

Why would you go through all of that trouble and expense for a 3.9? I'd be looking into putting in a 4.6 and a hotter cam.

I second the 4.6 with good gas flowed heads, good cam. You'll get all the HP you had with better reliability.

I have extra supercharger kit for 94/95 D90. Is 4.0 pistons better than 4.6?

Higher compression when done in concert w/the 4.6 crank/rods.

Nice to know that you only find negative. I never said it was a finished project. Same old d-source. At just a tad under 500hp I fail to seen why pushing the engineering to a new level is scoffed at on this site. I could gladly post pictures of completed nut and bolt restorations of nas trucks too, but that's boring
