wheel lock key help??

I went in for a tire rotation and after the "mechanics" were done. I noticed about 1/4 inch of water in both cupholders. Figured they spilled something so went home and parked the truck. A few days later went to move the truck and found that they also lost one of the plastic center caps on the front passenger wheel and broke a prong off the wheel lock key thingy.

The question is how do I fix this missing prong. I still need to check and see if it is stuck in one of the wheel locks, but is it totally necessary to have all four prongs??
