What's the best way to install a rear quarter panel?

At first I was thinking after I got the old one off, I'd make a series of TIG weld tacks to put the new one on. Now I'm wondering if I should just use body adhesive to glue on the replacement instead. Has anyone replaced these before? Thoughts? Thanks.
