what's missing here?

I've got a few random fasteners in my '95 d90 SW. A couple on the seat back, a few on the floor behind the passenger seat and a clipped wire terminal also behind that seat. Are any of these from stock parts/wires? Trying to remove extras and replace broken stuff.

First pic is the seat belt guide. Useless as tits on a bull. The second two are aftermarket additions.

Thanks guys. Is that seat belt guide available somewhere?

Also, any advice on plugging body holes. Plastic plugs?

For similar holes I recently used "locking rigid plastic plugs" with great success. Like these: http://www.mcmaster.com/#sundry-plugs/=g17dwh. Should be available locally in a quality hardware store. They are cheap, relatively water tight if you get a good fit, and they will not rust. They look clean and are easy to install.

You are correct they are not a "seatbelt guide" they are to stop vinyl destruction when the seat back hits the rear bulkhead in. D90 and are available at most LR parts suppliers. One would think that they ought not be there if the bulkhead is not there...
