What's a NAS D90 Title Worth?

Hi,
I may have a clean '94 NAS D90 title (with high mileage) and VIN plate available from a truck getting somewhat parted out. Is such a title and plate worth anything these days? Any thoughts on what it should be listed for? Thanks.

Sure its worth something, especially if the title is clean. If I had it I wouldnt let it go for less than 4k.

I got $4K two clean Canadian Mil 110 chassis (rolling) a ton of goodies, 30 Nato Jerry cans in good condition For a twisted hunk of metal that used to be a 97 Defender 90. That was 5 years ago..

I'd bet a set of downpipe gaskets that the folks at ECR would be very interested in what you have there. Especially if its a clean, non-salvage title (you get a salvage title when your insurance co declares the vehicle a total loss.

Jay Leno will pay 45k at least, he has a whole filing cabinet full of disembodied Defender VINs and will do anything to get more. Let me see if I can find his number...

Thanks for the input. It is a clean title, not salvage, but with high miles associated.

Sounds like the numbers suggest anywhere from 4-7k, give or take a few head of livestock (all depending on who is doing the bartering).

7k seems a bit on the high side to me. Thinking I might decide to list it around 6k and see what happens. Seem reasonable?

Nah, I never saw the use of buying just a title when for some dollars more you can get an entire rusty truck that has a lot of the parts you'd need for a build up.
We still turn up complete, running, but beat up NAS 90s for about 10-11K so to me 7K for just a title is nutz, but someone who just imported something illegal would likely be all over it.
