Yeah, mine had a blanking plate there to fill the hole.

On euro 110's, this was the fuel pump changeover switch for twin tanks.

Interesting, what's the switch that's below that hole in the first picture? The area below that hole on my truck has the indentation there, but no switch.

Hazards on mine.

You have the dashlight dimmer already installed. Is it the toggle switch on the lower third of your picture. I thought the hole you are mentioning is the hole in the metal part of the dash right above.

some ROW bullshit, mine had a "blanking plate' there. I jam my joints and one hitter in there when the cops pull me.
