What next?

Well I've taken the stock 300tdi in my 90 and changed to a larger intercooler, the EVO turbo kit, a larger 3" snorkel, and a straight exhaust pipe. Now what do I do with the injector pump? The intercooler kit says to rotate the diaphram 180 degrees for more fuel flow. Should I drive it and get a baseline - then start playing or should I modify injector pump first and then tune from that point? EGT is in place and I assume the injector pump is currently at a stock setting. Thanks
