Have any of you RW owners had any issues with the lightbar? It's a little thin; so I'm wondering how much abuse it can take. That's litterally the only drawback I can say I've noticed on mine.

Which style light bar do you have? I have the light tabs on either side of the winch and bent the passanger side one up at some point. I just recently took a pipe wrench to it and straightned it out.

Thanks for those photos! I've been looking for good shots of it without the brushguard.

I've got the same bar as in the pic up above. The thin one that crosses in front of the winch. Compared to the SG lightbar I wonder how much pushing it can take.

When I ordered my rockware, they said they used 2 coats of rustoleum.

My quesiton is: what type of rustoleum spray can should I buy (satin black?) to touch it up.

I want to respray my slickrock sliders as they are all faded and I want them to look closer to the freshly painted bumper.

In my opinion, Mantec for tire carrier and Bearmach for Bumper.
Simple british designs and top quality fabrication .

Maybe this will save a few people a phone call and save the Rockware guys some phone time too. I called and they use:

Rustoleum Semi Gloss #2177

I didn't see this mentioned in a previous posting, but a significant difference between RW and SG bumpers exists. The the main portion of the SG bumber is open on the backside while the RW is fully boxed on all sides. I have an SG and like it, but never took a strong hit towards the end of the bumper. RW would be much stronger from this perspective (in my humble opinion) and I would go with RW next time.

I slid down a muddy hill and hit a tree with the light bar. It trashed the bar and one light. I had a new bar welded in.

Moral....don't hit a tree with the light bar. The Rockware also comes with a bottle opener.
