Ray is correct they are the stock valve covers off of my 83 110, I just cleaned them up, painted them with black high temp engine paint then decided they needed something else and added the silver.

Not the greatest job in the world but I like them Plus they don't look as boring as the fuel injected valve covers that I threw in the recycle bin

I did, I've got it wiggled in to a little less than a inch now. I just need to keep wiggling it I think lol
