Great looking 110. What size are those BFG MTs?

That looks awesome. I've been thinking of doing the same but can't decide between glass or steel. Are you happy with it?

Its called a dump valve. They are rubber and when they age and harden they tend to open making it easy for an engine to suck water in. When new and soft they work well allowing water in the intake to escape.

Cant tell you how many snorkled up poseur rigs I have seen with a 20yr old hard as a rock dump valve on the bottom of the filter canister open and ready to ingest water.

Can you believe both the powdercoater and the upholstery shops were open today? Dropped off metal seat parts to pc and seat back to upholsterer. Small rip in seat back.

Progress so far...

I just had my alternator rebuilt and installed. It putting out 16v. I have to take it down and send it back to the shop to be rebuilt again. I should be putting out no more than 14v.

Installed a new brake light switch, did a oil change, replaced two turn signal bulbs and greased all the fittings underneath.

Took it for a drive and the pin that holds the blade on snapped off the passenger side wiper arm..... Sometimes I think it hates me.

I installed the latest prototype designs of my new aluminum grill and headlight guards yesterday. They are in small batch production this week!

Nice floor looks fantastic. Did you remove and reinstall yourself? If so how difficult is that?

My floor had clearly been repaired once (I don't think replaced) and looks a bit shotty.

Shockingly easy. I've just finished the drivers side, so I've;

Replaced all foam with Exmoor from Zack. ZG

Washed original covers

All seat parts powdercoated

Floor pans, seats, sills, etc. pulled, cleaned, foam replaced and all hardware replaced with stainless...

Sourced original cubby, radio-you know who you are-etc.

I will post a few more pics shortly.

And snuck in a few drinks between!!

Donaldson muffler in. Straight pipe sounded cool but kept setting off alarms.

And wired up glowplug relay... Pain with the original wiring diagram so I did my own style.
