Got seat pulled. Taking cover off to send to upholsterer for a small rip repair. New Exmoor foam and frames off to powdercoater. Cleaned and installed new seat rails and powder coated the seat base cover. Doing both sides like this..

BULBLESS!! Yep. Was warm enough to do something today so I got around to replacing all lights outside the truck and now other than reverse and fog I have no more bulbs. LED all round now. Although one marker light doesn't work I have to chase down the problem with that sometime.

No worries. Mine is a mess too. Nice idea and cool integration. I've always used typical plates to mount d rings. Like the recess as I've caught mine on inclines before.

Not so rare. Once I had the disco lined up too.

Oh yeah I found a note on my seat in the series. Some guy wants to buy it.

That looks awesome. I've been thinking of doing the same but can't decide between glass or steel. Are you happy with it?

Its called a dump valve. They are rubber and when they age and harden they tend to open making it easy for an engine to suck water in. When new and soft they work well allowing water in the intake to escape.

Cant tell you how many snorkled up poseur rigs I have seen with a 20yr old hard as a rock dump valve on the bottom of the filter canister open and ready to ingest water.

Can you believe both the powdercoater and the upholstery shops were open today? Dropped off metal seat parts to pc and seat back to upholsterer. Small rip in seat back.

Progress so far...
