Awesome and thanks. I've got a call into the Dealer to order those things. I'll have to take some pictures of the oil cooler lines tonight. I know enough to hope that they are not stock although I did look at them over the weekend and they seem a fair distance from the manifold. Anyway thanks so much guys, (and girls)..

I'm just busting your chops - we usually don't ask "how stock does my truck look?" haha. You'll soon realize there are things that were stock that were absolute crap that are worth upgrading to an improved design before and/or after they fail. New oil cooler lines being of utmost importance to change BEFORE they fail. Also, the air intake hose you have in there is a nice upgrade, and one that many of us have switched to. Aesthetics are one thing, but function is another.

Then went to Dan's place and helped him button up the alternator work he had been doing on his Series 1, although we had planned to take the top off of the S1 and he decided not to yet. Then sat in 2 hours of traffic without the Defender stalling even once, or getting hot at all, and with nice cool A/C in the cabin. Sunday I took the top off, and took the dog and drove out to Tom's place to go hang out with him and to check out how the truck was running some more. Then sat in more traffic without even a hiccup. It's great to have the old truck back!!
Good to hear that your truck is up and running. Good luck.

So what was wrong with your truck Josh?

I cut this little bugger out last night.

And took a stab at a little engraving to see what I could do.

The first one is a cover for my chunk of R380 I'm using as a spacer between my motor and the LT230. I took a picture of it installed but it came out like crap and couldn't be bothered to take another (since it's already removed).

The Engraving was just a test to see what I could do before trying it on something useful.

Got the 110 rolled back in to the garage and painted the engine compartment. Re landed grounds, extended/repaired vents, and got it all ready to drop the motor in. It really amazing how much crap was packed in to all the "nooks and crannies" on the underside. The front skid plate is on and just finishing up some "details" today. Will get some pics later this am.....

My Badger Strapless Bikini Top arrived finally, Looks nice.
Now just waiting on the 90 to come back from the top end rebuild i am having done (I had a noisy lifter so decided it was time since it is my daily driver normally).

Additionally i am doing a full TerraFirma prosport suspension setup at the same time.

Fitted a center seat to the 110. Good for a small person only.

The "new" motor is in and the wires all run. Just need to finish the plumbing (diesel and water), bleed it out and start it up.
The last pic is what I started with.

All in and buttoned up. Took a drive around the block such as it is. I might not put the floors back in. One hell of a "draft".
Got her good and warm....sat on a level, dry pavement and dared her to leak. Left her sitting there idling for about half hour. No leaks....running just fine...as fine as 67 angry hamsters can run.
Now to start attaching the cart load of extra stuff.
