Thought I would be able to install a headliner in one evening....not quite. I didn't realize I'd have to cut around the internal roll cage, etc. I need to learn that a one day project is never a one day project.

Nothing, for a change.
Haven't driven the 90 in a few weeks, so used it as a parts chaser for another old car project.

Noticed A/C water collecting on the pass side floor, so will need to deal with that this comng weekend...

Ripped out old, rotting leather seat box covers. Denamatted and re-covered with some faux leather fabric. Looks almost original.

Fixed my lights today. Very relieved

The intercooler is from last week. Allisport double, pretty easy install, turned up the fuel but very conservatively. No egt yet. Definitely gives it some punch, but I've been taking it very easy.

Spent a few hours fitting a high torque starter motor, hopefully these will be up for sale via a company soon. I just love these starters, you can start a diesel with next to nothing volts if you run your battery down.

Next to get the exhaust gas temp sensor fitted

general rule of thumb, take how long you think a Rover project will take you and multiply by 3=reality
