Manga flow y pipe issue

I had a similar issue. The drivers side O2 sensor was touching the oil cooler pipes. I had end the oil cooler mounts on the oil sump to help give it some clearance.

Sorry I don't know how to post without replying to a message. Cleaned up years of brake dust on the new truck.

The 90 has been mostly complete and back on the road for a month or so, but one of the modifications was raising the rear bench 4" and adding headrests. Pretty easy and even matched the Exmoor vinyl

Driveshaft hitting happened on mine. I returned and made them pay labor on/off and bought AB part, fit perfectly.

What did you use for headrests? I've been looking for a pair of NAS front headrests to use on the rear bench, but haven't found any yet..

I actually had a couple NAS headrests, but opted for using a set out of disco that was being parted out. I felt like they looked better on the rear bench than the front NAS headrests.

I drove it off-road again at the Cove yesterday with Big Dog's Offroad on the easy trails. Went onto the RTI ramp and it did ok considering that front articulation on my truck appears to be non-existent.

Not much trouble on easy stuff. The power steering belt squealed like a stuck pig after it got wet. OBA relay/wiring acting a little funny, not sure why. It was turning on and off rapidly at times - maybe going bad.

Nothing fell off the truck which I guess is good enough criteria for success!

Installed wide wheel arches after loosing my front one. Also made gap fillers for the area the stock flare covers out of EPDM.

Run them as is for now but may trim back the body if I start rubbing again

Those look great! I did the same on my 90. I'm lowered 2".

Are you stock height? What size wheels and rims?

I've got about a 1.75 in lift in the front, 2 in the rear. I'll be going higher by the end of the year.

Wheels and tires are 16x9 procomp steel wheels and super swamper 35x10.50

I may add a 1 in spacer to bring them out and possibly spray bomb the bodywork under the arches black, all depends on how much I end up.rubbing

how do they typically charge to anodize? My youngest is always asking if he can get his paintball gear done.

I was told I have a minimum charge of $85 so fill up the rack is what they said (this was not hard anodized FYI that would have been "double"). I brought all this stuff and it was $100. I don't know enough about anodizing to know if there is a tub of black always going and they basically just charge you to build your "rack" and dip it or if they have to prepare a new tank for every job. I was happy with the outcome.

New 18" Magnaflow muffler to replace the 15 year old smashed up Borla that's been on there... two new catalytic converters as well...

Then spent the morning replacing the right exhaust manifold gaskets and bolts. Exhaust leak gone gone gone now and she sounds like a dream.

On my 110... Installed a front roll bar (PITA BTW), installed LED interior lighting above middle row doors and near rear view mirror while headliner was down... also added traction control deactivate switch and wiring harness for off road wheeling when required.
