I really like your approach to wiring in the engine bay. It's a lot easier to manage when the electrics are in one place on a truck!

Is it possible to lift the m416 instead?

Replaced the crappy Expedition Exchange fuel can holder with a much better Front Runner fuel can holder. This one will actually hold any of the three 20 liter cans that I own. The other one would only clamp the crappiest and most beat up of the three.

For this - just use a 10mm socket and a 6" extension on the ratchet..
also if you get the pwr loss again i would look at replacing the Ignition amp module as well. but the cheap ones of those are crap.. better to buy used OEM

Got new tires today. Went up to 285/75/16s. They didn't look that much bigger until they were on the truck!

Curious how the new tire size will effect power and acceleration? I think they "look" right.

ya I thought it was a little slower when I first left NTB, even with my 4.6, but I quickly got used to it and these trucks weren't really built for speed anyways.

Prepped and tried rubberized paint on the x-member. Looks good for now...not sure how durable it will be.

Better than hot dipping, or God forbid, electro-plating! (Although I'm pretty sure there is a website for that kind of thing!) lol Where's Shayne? He knows all this stuff! ;-)

You know I have to play around with silver surfer Charles ...he seems fun ...why did you edit the names from saying Brewie to Shayne? They are both cool also..

On board air added (ARB CKMA12) in the Right side cubby box, For now the switch is located there since its just for tires and the moment.
I moved my Truck-lites back to the Defender from the Jeep as well.
